Product Description
The AKD-P00607-NBCC-E000 is a servo drive from Kollmorgen in the AKD series. This servo drive can be configured for the first time using the AKD Setup Wizard. This wizard helps in confirming the connection with the drive and getting it to start working. The device must make use of static IP addressing when it is directly connected to a PC. In this case, the S1 and S2 rotary switches must have a value other than 0. The drive is in DHCP mode when both the switches have a value of 0. In this case, the IP address is set using an external DHCP server available in the network.
The drive has a two-digit seven-segment LED display near the top on its front panel. The Blink Display button on the drive can be pushed to flash this display on and off. The B1 button helps in highlighting the IP address across the LED display. The LED display highlights an “F” on the left side to indicate a fault and an “n” to denote a warning. This servo drive features a peak time of 5 seconds and an update rate of 1.5MHz. It has a rated output current of 6A +/-3%. The device encompasses an SD card slot to insert a card for the backup and transfer of its parameter files as well as the compiled program drive.
The AKD-P00607-NBCC-E000 servo drive is intended for connection to three-phase motors. This product is identified on a network using its IP address. It can be used only if it supports communication using an Ethernet connection and the WorkBench software. The Online option on the welcome screen of this software displays all the AKD drives available on the local network. This device offers selection among analog, CANopen or EtherCAT operation modes. The flexible unit supports plug-and-play commissioning and can be integrated easily into any application. The AKD-P00607-NBCC-E000 can be shipped globally with a warranty of one year.
