Product Description
The AKD-P00606-NACC-E000 servo drive from Kollmorgen is compatible with induction machines and AKM synchronous servomotors. The servo drive must not be used in environments surrounded by dust, vapors, oils and electrically conductive or corrosive acids. It has a rated supply input frequency of 50 to 400Hz +/-5%. The product features EtherCAT and CANopen connectivity options. The AKD series unit also has a position indexer drive version. It has a height of 200mm and a depth of 185mm with connectors. The device has a maximum thermal dissipation of 20W when the output stage is disabled.
The servo drive has a current of 0.6A when the attached motor does not a have a brake and 1.8A when a motor brake is present. When both the S1 and S2 rotary switches are set to a value of 1, the current drive state is saved to the SD card. The Communication View window of the WorkBench software displays the drive type when the drive is connected while the TCP/IP View window can be used to configure the TCP/IP properties by choosing the appropriate IP mode. The drive comes with a unique unchangeable MAC address that is mentioned on a sticker present on its side. The rotary switches offer assistance in configuring the unit without a GUI.
The AKD-P00606-NACC-E000 drive has a maximum position loop bandwidth of 1Hz to 250Hz. The n156 faulty code indicates that the target position of the drive has been crossed due to the STOP command. The unit features a vibration of Class 3M1, following IEC 6072-3-3 specifications. The digital inputs and outputs support galvanic isolation for 250VDC. The drive supports direct connection to cable shielding using shield connection clamps, grounding plates as well as a motor connector with grounding plate and strain relief. The AKD-P00606-NACC-E000 comes with a one-year Wake Industrial warranty.
