Product Description

The AKD-P00307-NBPN-0000 is one of the many position indexer servo drives from Kollmorgen. The WorkBench software for the servo drive requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 component to be installed on the system that the software is loaded in. The S1 and S2 switches can be used to set up the drive IP address during the software installation and drive the communication setup process. The drive has a rated supply voltage of 240VAC/480VAC and a control logic of 24V. It supports a three-phase connection. The unit has a peak time of 5 seconds and an update rate of 1.5MHz. The unit is shipped with a one-year warranty.

The servo drive has a standard width of 65mm at the front and 70mm at the back. The product operates between an ambient temperature range of 0°C and +40°C. The unit must be installed within an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level. The drive shuts down automatically if the temperature inside the closed cabinet in which it is installed gets very high. It must not be used in potentially explosive areas, offshore applications or ships. The product should always be kept on a conductive surface and must not come in contact with highly insulating materials like plastic films and artificial fabrics.

The servo drive should not be subject to shocks during transport. The drive should always be stored below or at the maximum stacking height. It has a maximum current loop bandwidth of 2.5kHz to 4kHz. The unit has a peak output current rating of 9A +/-3%. The analog inputs have a common-mode rejection ratio of over 30dB at 60Hz. The analog outputs are protected against short circuits. The product has a rated DC bus link voltage of 340V to 680V. The device has a noise emission of 34dB(A) at low speed and 43dB(A) at high speed.
