The Kollmorgen AKD-P00307-NBCN-0000 is meant for use in electrical plants and industries. The servo drive features a plug-and-play motor setup and is convenient to use. It also has an intuitive graphical interface and advanced autotuning. The drive incorporates CANopen connectivity option. Its current rating is 3 Arms and its voltage rating is 240 / 480 VAC and can be connected to three-phase industry supply networks. The AKD servo drive?s continuous output power is 2000 Watts and its update rate is 1.5 MHz. The rated output current (RMS value ?3%) of the device is 3 Amperes and the peak output current (?3%) is 9 Amperes. The peak time of the drive is 5 seconds. The servo drive comes with an internal regen resistor. If required, it can also be connected to an external regen resistor. The cable shielding can be connected directly to the servo drive using shield connection clamps, grounding plates, and a motor connector with a grounding plate and strain relief. The depth of the drive with connectors is <225 mm and without connectors is 185 mm. The AKD servo drive has a unique STO (Safe Torque Off) safety implementation that is certified. When the STO is active, the device cannot hold a vertical load. When a suspended load is not properly blocked, it could lead to serious injury to the personnel and damage to objects. The setup software of the unit is WorkBench, where the feedback functions are assigned in parameters. WorkBench is also responsible for scaling and other settings. The drive must not be opened for any purposes, including cleaning. Care should be taken that water or other liquids come in contact with the servo drive.
