Product Description

The AKD-P00306-NAEC-D000 Ethernet servo drive offered by Kollmorgen is a fast and robust drive that is suitable for precise motion applications. This servo drive uses single line cables with 21 AWG cross-sections and maximum 30 m length for connections with its digital inputs and outputs. The product has the ability to directly control the holding brake of a motor. This device cannot be used without a closed control cabinet. The unit must be mounted only in vertical orientation. Its assembly, setup, operation, maintenance and transport can be done only by properly qualified personnel. The drive may start restarting on its own automatically based on the set parameter after the power supply has been turned on. This product needs to be earthed safely to the protective earth bus bar inside the switch cabinet before it is operated. The device depicts a leakage current of over 3.5 mA. The unit should be allowed to operate only with a power supply that offers inrush current protection by limiting the input current at the time of power up. It tends to get damaged because of incorrect polarity of DC power. The servo drive is CE Certified, cUL Recognized, EAC Certified and RoHS Compliant. The product has a preset Enable function on its eighth digital input and cannot be changed by the user. This device can be identified from a group of several other drives by means of its MAC address. The unit has an IP address in 192.168.0.nn format where nn refers to the digits set using the two rotary switches. It uses a static IP when it is directly connected to a PC. This drive has no provision for an SD card.
