The servo drive is designed to adapt to the requirements of the machinery in which it is installed. Care should be taken when installing, operating, and maintaining the device. Ventilation is required when operating the product and it should be operated in the temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C. The unit’s continuous output power is 4000 Watts and its rated supply voltage is 120/240 VAC. The weight of the drive is 2 kg, its height is 196 mm, and its depth is 187 mm. The bandwidth of the unit’s current controller is 2 to 3 kHz, the bandwidth of the velocity controller is 0 to 800 Hz, and the bandwidth the of position controller is 1 to 250 Hz. The PE block of the drive supports a tightening torque of up to 1.7 Nm. The AKD servo drive features advanced autotuning functionality, making it easy to use. Its EtherCAT connectivity option helps in system optimization. The unit has an internal regen resistor and it can be connected to external resistors as well, if required. The device has a peak regen power of 11.7 kW with the internal regen resistor for 0.5 seconds and 5.4 kW with the external regen resistor for 1 second. The unit should be connected only using cables supplied by the manufacturer. Before using the product, it must be checked for signs of damage or defect.
