The 16.F5.M1E-34HA is a frequency inverter designed by KEB Automation for the control of three-phase motors. This product provides industrial engineers with the most reliable control over the speed, position, and torque output of industrial motors, and it also eliminates any risk of damage caused by temperature and overcurrent. The 16.F5.M1E-34HA frequency inverter is manufactured according to internationally accepted quality standards, it belongs to the IP20 protection class, features an internal temperature-controlled cooling fan, and is cULus limited. The modular software designed for this product places it at a level above all other inverters in the market. It also makes it possible for operators to use the product in several types of industrial applications, even when it is not supplied with any encoder feedback.
The 16.F5.M1E-34HA frequency inverter operates with an interface panel that operators can use to easily monitor and control the operation of the product in real-time. The panel has a LED display and about four keys for the communication of command instructions. This product is a three-phase device that works with a mains input voltage that can be as high as 500 volts. Also, the output frequency produced by this inverter is between 0 to as high as 1600 hertz. The product also produces a power output of approximately 23 kilovolts ampere during operation.
Only copper wires should be used in the wiring connection of the 16.F5.M1E-34HA frequency converter. Also, the recommended tightening torque during installation is about 1.2 Newton meters. Although this product is equipped with integral solid-state short circuit protection, this does not provide branch circuit protection. The branch circuit protection must be provided using fuses as listed in the product documentation.
