Product Description

The 16.F5.G1E-YP00 is a frequency converter with DC-Voltage link, it is designed by KEB Automation and works according to the principle of pulse width modulation. This product is designed for the stepless speed control of industrial AC motors, however it also functions as PID controller, and Electrical motor protector. The controller features an HSP5 interface, programmable operator menu, and a programmable filter for analog and digital inputs. Other sophisticated functions of this product include energy saving function, power-off function, slip compensation, Autoboost, and jogging function. The power circuit of this product features a mains rectifier, DC-Link, and an inverter installed at the output. The 16.F5.G1E-YP00 is equipped with the GTR 7 braking transistor, it operates with an input frequency of about 400 volts.

The 16.F5.G1E-YP00 frequency inverter operates with a switching frequency of 2 kilohertz. There are two analog outputs and also two programmable relay outputs. The frequency converter is also equipped with 8 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs respectively. The control boards of this product include three major operating modules, these includes the customer mode, application mode, and drive mode. The customer mode features a list of parameters that are freely definable and important for users supplied with a parameter list defined by KEB. For the application mode, all parameter groups can be selected and if necessary changed. In the Drive mode, the unit can be put input operation through the operator.

The 16.F5.G1E-YP00 frequency converter is self-diagnostic, if there is any risk of operation error, it displays an error message on the front panel of the product for the operator to see. The product can be easily integrated into different networks depending on the types of operator used with it.
