The 14.F5.MBE-LAEA frequency inverter is designed by KEB Automation. This inverter can be integrated into the servo system to provide an accurate and long-lasting control over the speed, position, and torque output of three-phase asynchronous industrial servo motor. This inverter is a product of decades of improvement by KEB Automation, it incorporates lessons learnt from past experiences, and also features some of the latest motor control technology. The housing design of this servo motor provides it with protection against large solid materials, however it offers little protection against dust and liquids. Since these foreign interference can affect the operation of the inverter, operators are required to install the frequency inverter in an enclosed control cabinet especially when the inverter is intended to be used in harsh environmental condition.
The 14.F5.MBE-LAEA frequency inverter is designed to automatically go off when there is any risk of over temperature damage. The recommended ambient temperature for the operation of this frequency inverter can be as high as 45 degree Celsius, if the inverter is being transported or stored, this maximum ambient temperature value increases to as high as 75 degrees Celsius. There is a digital operator present on the front panel of this frequency inverter, the operator improves operation efficiency as it serves as a user friendly interface for operators to interact with the frequency inverter in real time. Error messages are displayed on the LED display of the operator for easy diagnostics.
The 14.F5.MBE-LAEA frequency inverter is intended to be installed vertically in a control cabinet, sufficient distance must be provided to allow for the easy circulation of cool air around the housing of this industrial frequency inverter. This inverter has a total weight of approximately 5 kilograms.
