The 14.F5.G1E-Y002 is a state-of-the-art industrial drive controller designed by KEB Automation. This controller is a unique device that can provide an unrivalled degree of operation control when it is connected to the three-phase synchronous servo motor. The characteristic high operation efficiency of this device makes it one of the most reliable drive controllers used in automation systems all over the world. The power circuit of this frequency inverter is protected against short-circuiting. It consists of a main rectifier, the DC-Link, and an inverter at the output. The operating principle of this product is designed to be in accordance with pulse-wide modulation; the product also meets international safety standards. Apart from the use of recommended electrical motors, the connection of other electric consumers to this product is not permitted and can lead to the destruction of the unit.
The 14.F5.G1E-Y002 frequency inverter is a water cooled device. The water cooling system is more efficient than air blowers or heat sinks; it also generates very little noise, allowing the inverter to be used indoors without any significant noise pollution. This product is a three-phase device that provides a nominal output power of 13 kilovolts ampere and can generate a maximum rated motor power as high as 7.5 kilowatts. The output nominal current of this inverter is measured to be about 33 amperes, although for a short time, this current can reach a maximum value of 49.5 amperes.
The 14.F5.G1E-Y002 frequency inverter contains a braking resistor which has a typical resistance of 20 ohms. The mains operating voltage for the inverter is between 190 to 260 volts while the mains frequency is between 50/60 hertz.
