The KEB 13.F5.B1D-Y000 inverter drive provides exceptional AC motor control in a compact, wall-mount package. With a 400V operating voltage and 5kW capacity, it delivers premium vector performance for driving pumps, conveyors, mixers, HVAC fans, and other equipment. This drive utilizes sensorless vector control to deliver full torque output starting at 0Hz without requiring an encoder on the motor. By digitally controlling output voltage and frequency, it maintains precise speed regulation with minimal hunting across its entire frequency range up to 800Hz.

The lightweight yet rugged construction results in a drive weighing just 7.5kg for simplified mounting, wiring, and handling during installation. Despite the small size, the drive can output 12A to control three-phase motors up to 7HP. Multiple configurable I/O points interface with sensors and switches. Airflow through the enclosed housing provides natural convection cooling to remove heat from the drive's power electronics. This prevents overtemperature faults and allows reliable operation at ambient temperatures up to 50°C without derating. An IP20 rating provides protection against finger contact and debris.

The 13.F5.B1D-Y000 includes dual PID control loops for accurately maintaining pressure, flow, temperature, and other process variables.
