The 07.F5.S1A-YE00 is a frequency inverter built for the regulated field-oriented control of synchronous motors used to produce kinetic energy for industrial production and processing applications. This inverter has a GTR 7 Brake transistor; it can also handle connected motors even when they are operating at high rotational speed. Apart from the characteristic motion control associated with this product, the 07.F5.S1A-YE00 frequency inverter also has many advanced features that make it one of the most effective inverters on the market. Some of the features of this product include slip compensation, jogging function, speed search, energy saving function and power off function. Only three-phase synchronous motors are allowed to be used with this product; the operation of any other electric consumer with it can lead to irreversible damage to the unit.
The 07.F5.S1A-YE00 frequency inverter functions mainly according to the pulse width principle. The nominal output power produced by the inverter during normal operating is 1.6 kilovolts amperes; connected motors can also generate a maximum rated motor power of about 0.75 kilowatts. The housing design of the 07.F5.S1A-YE00 frequency inverter provides it with sufficient protection to withstand large foreign solid interference; this housing also supports the direct vertical installation of the inverter into the servo system.
The 07.F5.S1A-YE00 frequency inverter has been tested and approved to meet the Electromagnetic Compatibility level according to EN 61800-3, also the maximum permissible relative humidity for the product is determined to be about 95 per cent. Water condensation should be avoided in the inverter's housing. The installation height of this product can interfere with its operation; the recommended maximum installation height is below 1000 meters; however, installation up to 2000 meters is allowed (although a power reduction should be taken into account).
