Product Description
The 07.F5.CDB-3B0A frequency inverter is a compact efficient drive designed for motor control industrial automation applications. It provides precise speed regulation for AC motors in a range of environments. This frequency inverter operates with an input voltage range of 180 - 260 V for varying power supplies.
This F5 Combivert axis drive series module supports a DC operation voltage range of 250 - 370 V. Its pollution degree rating of 2 means it is suitable for moderate environmental conditions. The model features integrated overload protection. If the load exceeds 105 %, an overload integrator is activated. This safety function counts down until the system returns to safe operational levels. If the load remains excessive, the system triggers an E.OL error. A PT1 element with a time constant of 280ms is also activated when the permissible current is exceeded. If the issue persists, the inverter triggers the E.OL2 error code. The device is designed to handle a maximum motor line length of 20 meters with shielded wiring at 16 kHz to ensure stability in signal transmission over longer distances. The inverter also has an error detection function via the auxiliary contacts of K3 that alerts operators to system faults.
The KEB 07.F5.CDB-3B0A frequency inverter offers an output frequency range of 0 - 400 Hz to enable precise control over motor speed. It features a typically used braking resistor of 180 ohms and a maximum braking current of 7.5 A. The frequency inverter also integrates several key protection mechanisms. In the event of a faulty braking transistor (GTR7), the inverter can detect and disconnect the circuit to safeguard both the inverter and connected components. If the braking resistor overheats, the system automatically opens the terminals OH1 and OH2 which triggers a safety mechanism that disconnects the input voltage.
