The KEB 05.F5.A1A-2E2F is an economical and compact drive of the F5 Combivert Axis Drive Series, assigned to meet the power needs of small automation systems. The drive has a nominal power of 0.37 kW. That makes it suitable for applications where moderate powers are required. It supports a 3-phase 230 V system, hence compatible with the standard power supply installed in any industry. Nominal current is 2.3 A, maximum current is 4.6 A, therefore reliable operation under changing loads is assured. And since the switching frequency is 8 kHz, it results in smooth operation with negligible noise generation.

The 05.F5.A1A-2E2F case has a casing that is provided with an enclosure of the IP 20 level. This allows protection against solid objects greater than 12 mm in diameter and permits the device for clean industrial environments. Reliable performance of the drive in multiple conditions is allowed for by its range of storage temperature at -25 to 70 °C and its operating temperature range of -10 to 45 °C.
