The 21.F4.C0K-3420 frequency inverter is engineered for seamless integration into industrial motor control systems. It operates effectively in a wide range of electrical environments with a mains voltage range of 305 to 500 V (nominal 400 V). This inverter is designed to work with a nominal frequency of 65/60 Hz and offers ± 2 % tolerance to ensure stable operation even with slight variations in input conditions. The device is housed in a protective IP35 enclosure which safeguards it from dust and moisture for harsh industrial environments. Its maximum allowable relative humidity is 95 % without condensation. The model operates based on pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to offer stepless speed regulation of three phase AC motors. This enables smooth and efficient motor control which is critical for reducing energy consumption and extending motor life. The DC-voltage link design further enhances the inverter’s efficiency.
The F4 Combivert frequency inverter series module features a comprehensive set of programmable I/O options for flexible integration into various control systems. It includes two programmable transistor outputs, one programmable relay output and six programmable digital inputs that allow for easy customization and industrial automation. There are two analog outputs for precise control of external devices as well as two differential voltage inputs for advanced measurement applications. The inverter also has two voltage outputs to supply auxiliary equipment with separate power supply for added reliability. It includes one non adjustable digital input to handle fixed control tasks.
