This product is model 16.F4.C1G-4001 from KEB F4 Combivert Frequency Inverter Series and is a compact and high-efficiency inverter suitable for various industrial and automation applications.
The input voltage range of the inverter is 85-264 VAC; it has an output power of 400W and an efficiency of up to 88%. It has a ripple and noise level of 150mVP-P to guarantee good performance in sensitive systems. This inverter is fit to work under harsh conditions with an operating temperature ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius to suit both high and low-temperature conditions. The dimensions of the inverter are 115mm x 105mm x 30mm which makes it easily portable and can be fitted into any space-limited area. The cooling system is through a forced air cooler, thereby maintaining optimum working temperature even in a loaded state. The control method used in the motor is both vector control and V/f control, enabling the motor to operate under a wide range of conditions. Due to the input frequency range of 47-63Hz, the device can be used with different regional electrical standards. The inverter has an overload capacity of 150%, up to 60 seconds, which means it can manage short bursts of excessive power.
Other protection features include overcurrent, overvoltages, undervoltages, and thermal protection to protect the inverter against electrical damage. For installation purposes, the inverter has the provision for DIN rail or panel mounting to suit any desired setup. The communication interfaces available are Modbus RTU as standard with CANopen available as an option for system integration.
