Product Description
The 15.F4.F1G-4I30 is a frequency inverter that is produced by KEB Automation to provide optimum motion control in the industrial servo system. This product works according to the principle of pulse width modulation and is intended to be used exclusively for the step-less speed regulation of three-phase motors. The inverter comfortably meets international safety and operation quality specifications. When properly integrated, this product guarantees synchronous motor running, positioning control, automatic control adjusting, and incremental encoder imitation. The 15.F4.F1G-4I30 also undergoes protective operations by carrying out over-voltage and over-temperature monitoring on the product. The power circuit responsible for the optimum operation of this product consists of a mains rectifier, the DC-link, and an inverter at the output of the product. The actual ability of this to produce an output voltage variable in frequency and amplitude for the regulation/control of the three-phase AC motor occurs at the output of the product.
The 15.F4.F1G-4I30 is equipped with a breaking resistor with a typical resistance of about 56 ohms. The nominal input current required by the inverter during normal operation is 26.5 amperes. With this input current, it can produce a nominal output current of about 24 amperes. Also, the maximum rated motor power supported by this product is about 11 kilowatts.
The 15.F4.F1G-4I30 frequency converter features three phases; it also requires a mains voltage that can fall between 305 to about 500 volts. Under normal operating conditions, the main frequency supported by this product is 50/60 hertz. Customers that purchase this product are required to maintain an ambient temperature that falls between -10 to about 45 degrees Celsius around the product during operation. Relative humidity should not be allowed to exceed 95 percent.
