The KEB F4 Combivert Frequency Inverter Series, model 13.F4.S3D-4000 is a high-end variable frequency drive with advanced features suitable for tough industrial use, has a power factor of 8.3 KVA and an output of 5.5 KW.
This model has a frequency range of between 0-1600 Hz, the input frequency being within the range of 50/60 Hz and an input voltage range of 305-440V making it very suitable for use in different conditions. It is currently ranging from 10.5A to 84A thus allowing it to work with a variety of motor and load types. Another interesting aspect of this model is its capacity to accommodate incremental encoders that enable speed and position control through modulation of increment per revolution thereby improving the accuracy of motor-related applications. The 13.F4.S3D-4000 is provided with strong external error handling mechanisms which enhances its application in automated systems by defining the action to be taken in the event of an error occurrence. Another important aspect is the control flexibility which is characterized by such parameters as P-factor and I-factor settings in the speed regulator. This flexibility enables the best performance in various applications to be achieved by simple alterations.
