12.F4.S3D-3420 is a high-performance frequency inverter from KEB Automation. It is designed for speed control of step less three-phase motors. The inverter converts input AC power to DC, and then converts the DC to output AC at a specific voltage and frequency for accurate motor control. The mounting orientation for the inverter is vertical. It is available in an IP20 rated housing that is suited to indoor use. The inverter must be protected from dust, moisture, and corrosive gases during operation. KEB recommends using 2.5 mm2 power wire and 0.5 Nm tightening torque for the power terminals. The recommended ambient temperature for inverter operation is from -10 to 45 degrees Celsius. Installed accessories include a filter and a braking resistor.
