The KEB 09.F4.S1D-M220 is a heavy-duty 5kW frequency inverter designed for demanding industrial applications. Its robust construction provides reliable 3-phase motor control even in harsh environments.

This wall-mountable drive can deliver up to 8kVA of apparent power, making it ideal for large pumps, conveyors, hoists, HVAC systems, and other equipment requiring superior torque over a wide speed range. KEB engineered the 09.F4.S1D-M220 for continuous operation under loads up to 150% of its 5kW rating for one minute. This allows the drive to handle temporary power surges without faulting. A built-in fan provides forced-air cooling to prevent overheating.

The inverter's IP54 protection class means it offers considerable dust and splash resistance. This enables trouble-free operation even in grimy or wet industrial conditions that would damage standard drives. Integration and control are made easy thanks to the RS485 serial communication interface and modular plug-in control terminals. The drive can be programmed onsite or remotely using KEB's user-friendly COMBIVIS software. This AC drive accepts 230V DC bus voltage and single or three-phase 400V AC input at 50/60Hz. It outputs 0-400V at up to 16A to give precise speed control of compatible motors rated from 2.2kW to 5kW.
