Product Description
14.F0.R33-3429 is a feature-rich frequency inverter. It is part of the F0 series from KEB Automation. The unit is designed for control of AC motors. The input voltage range is 380 to 480 Volts AC (three-phase, 50/60 Hertz). Power output of the unit is 11 kVA. The output voltage ranges from 0 to the input voltage. Rated output current of the 14.F0.R33-3429 inverter is 16.5 Amps. It can be used with 2/4 pole AC motors having 7.5 kilowatts rating. F0 series inverters support forced air cooling: cool air enters via an inlet located near the bottom of the unit and warm air is forced out via an outlet located near the top of the unit. The ambient temperature should remain within -10 to 45 degrees Celsius.
The 14.F0.R33-3429 unit is designed for rack mounting. It works at maximum 4 kilohertz switching frequency. The maximum mains fuse rating is 25 Amps. Overload capacity of the inverter is 111 to 130% for 5 minutes, 131 to 150% for 2 minutes, and 151 to 200% for 30 seconds. The power wire cross section recommended by KEB is 4 mm2. The specified power dissipation is 215 Watts at 4 kilohertz. Spacing requirements for the mounted inverter are 100 millimeters on the bottom and top, 50 millimeters on the sides and 50 millimeters on the front. These spacing requirements ensure smooth air circulation, which is critical for ensuring that the ambient temperature remains within specified limits. Site elevations above 3000 meters lead to output power derating at the rate of 1% per each additional 100 meters. If a mains fuse requires replacement, operators must wait for 1 minute after power disconnection and then proceed with the replacement.
