The KEB F0 Combivert Control Cabinet Series, model 07.F0.R01.4A08 is a state-of-the-art product designed for industrial automation applications with high-performance features and versatility.
This series is intended to work with the input voltages of 200-230VAC and frequencies of 50/60Hz which makes it suitable for various industrial power supply compliance across the world. It has input currents of 14.0/9.8A with UL voltage and current ratings of 240V and 14A/9.5A respectively, and an output frequency span of 0-800Hz to suit most automation operations. These control cabinet series come with both air-cooled and liquid-cooled models to ensure suitable thermal control for various conditions. It comes with features of real-time Ethernet interfaces like EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and POWERLINK. These characteristics guarantee that the system can be connected in any industrial setup. The F0 series has robust safety features for its application including Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) and PROFIsafe safety profiles. It also comes with scalable safety functions certified for SIL 3 (IEC 61508) or PL e (ISO 13849) and incorporates encoder-less positioning to increase safety and ensure compliance with international standards.
The software features of the drive in this series are used to control the braking resistors, evaluate the various encoders, and implement advanced motor control strategies such as the servo pump control and anti-cogging strategies.
