Product Description
The 24.E6.T60-3100 is an EMC filter built by KEB Automation to regulate electrical interference in the industrial servo system. This filter is only suited to industrial drive controllers; it is also designed to be installed into electrical systems or machines. It guarantees that the limit values of high-frequency conducted interference voltage in the mains input of drive controllers are adhered to. The 24.E6.T60-3100 EMC filter consists of an LC network which has a particularly high damping in the entire frequency range; the network also reduces the effective leakage current of the drive system. This mains filter can function with a large rated voltage range of between 0 to about 528 volts; it also has a high saturation resistance designed for shielded motor cable lengths of up to 100 meters. The installation of this product increases the interference immunity of the drive controller and guarantees a low leakage current.
The 24.E6.T60-3100 EMC filter operates an AC-DC sensitive RCDs with a low tripping threshold of 30 milliamperes for personal protection, and 300 milliamperes for fire protection. The recommended ambient temperature for the operation of this product is between 5 to about 45 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity for this product is also between 5 to about 85 degrees Celsius (without water condensation). The maximum installation altitude for the product is as high as 2000 meters above sea level.
The 24.E6.T60-3100 is a three phase device that operates with a rated input current of between 169 to about 200 amperes. The rated frequency compatible with the operation of the mains filter is between 50 to 60 hertz. The maximum vibration amplitude allowed for this product during operation is 3.0 millimeters; also, the shock limit during operation is 100 meters per seconds square for 11 milliseconds.
