Product Description
The KEB Combiline EMC Filter Series, model 09.E4.T60-0061 is one of the most effective and versatile solutions for industrial electromagnetic compatibility that meets the requirements of challenging electrical conditions.
In this design, the model has been developed to support a current capacity of 100A and a power loss of 30W for it to be powerful yet energy-consuming. The filter works within an EMC Level of Class B and also employs a conductor cross-section of 35mm² thus capable of handling a large amount of current. Measuring 90 x 450 x 210mm and weighing 7kg, this filter is small in size but is constructed to handle even the most demanding industrial environments. This model is suitable for 50/60Hz and the leakage current is 50mA; it provides a balance between performance and safety. The Combiline series is especially marked for its suitability in high switching frequencies of up to 16kHz and therefore suitable for long VFD cable operations. It can also be used as a main filter for multi-axis drive cabinets so that electromagnetic interference may be efficiently and effectively filtered at a central location.
Meets international standards EN 61800-3 C1 and C2, which proves its compatibility with environments all over the world and strict emissions and immunity levels. The non-sensitivity to voltage variation from 0 – 550VAC enhances the usage in different voltages and power. The 09.E4.T60-0061 is designed to be mounted backplane to the drive controller-filter location within electrical cabinets, eliminating the need for much cabling. The enhanced harmonic reduction feature also improves this model by making the electrical system operations less rippled and therefore meeting the required legal stipulations, especially in systems with long motor cables. This product is covered by a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
