KEB 07.09.440 clutch brake combination is a part of the Combibox Brake series which includes a range of high industrial clutch brakes with precise accuracy and maximum reliability. It is ideal for any system requiring synchronous clutching and/or braking. It has an output of 15 Nm of torque for both clutch and brake motion while not compromising on its backlash characteristics. It is appropriate for high-speed operation, with a maximum of 3000 RPM (revolutions per minute). The drive is designed for an operation with an allowable friction work capacity of 16.3 x 10? J and the highest durability.
The 07.09.440 is highly versatile in application with a comprehensive delay time of 25 ms and release time of 20 ms to provide precise modulation of clutch and brake characteristics. These quick response times make it suitable for applications where high accuracy and repeatability are desired. It consumes little power when supplied with 20 W to the clutch and 16 W to the brake while operating smoothly at 20 degrees Celsius, creating the coordinated and efficient motion required by most systems.
