The display area shows the current operating status of the unit at all times.The unit automatically adjusts frequency to ensure the connected motor is protected against overheating while still helping to achieve maximum voltage output. If the inverter is operating at lower speeds it will lower the voltage from stator resistance. It will continue to operate so that torque is not decreased and will compensate for decreases in voltage across its capable speed range.
The 09F5C1BLA0A KEB COMBIVERT is equipped to protect itself in the event of overcurrent in an acceleration ramp. The unit will stop the ramp until the current decreases. The unit also protects from switching off the unit if it detects overcurrent. It will not switch off but will adjust the frequency to maintain the normal operation. With the display screen, one can always tell when the inverter is not operating optimally as it will display an error code indicating any faults that are occurring even while the inverter is compensating for them.
The inverter unit is equipped with an IGBT power circuit and is built according to internationally recognized IEC1000 standards. It is designed so that there is no need to worry about interference and is equipped with protection against short circuit, over-voltage, over-current, and excessive temperature. The 09F5C1BLA0A device is built to easily installed, and vertical installation is recommended. The maximum height for installation is 2000 meters. However, for installations above 1000 meters, there is a recommended power reduction of 1% for every 100 meters. Power cables and control cables should always be laid out separately with a 10 to 20 cm difference between cables.
