The part number 09F0R01 is a static frequency inverter from the KEB COMBIVERT line. This line features high technology electronics and has been in operation for over 15 years. This unit is used for the transmitting of electromagnetic waves at a very high frequency. The unit will alter the frequency based on the input set point to provide the ideal frequency for your operations. So the output frequency is entirely dependent on the control that was set with the static frequency inverter. This unit will help to ensure that the frequency stays at the set point avoiding all fluctuations in frequency and also fluctuations in AC voltage. This frequency converter can work independently of any load variations.
The unit is most ideally installed within a metal casing with motor cables twisted and shielded. Whatever is used as the shielding must not also be used as a protective earthing. The shielding can only operate safely when it can operate without being interrupted by other tasks.
When installing the 09F0R01 ensure that you use good earthing in the form of a 10 mm metal-powder tape. The unit can be installed in areas where the ambient operating temperature will be no more than 45° C and no lower than -10°C. If the unit must work in ambient temperatures of over 45°C it can operate up to 55°C but the output current will have to be reduced by 5% per degree Celsius.
The unit can operate in relative humidity at a maximum of 95% without any moisture condensation. There must be no water or dampness allowed to keep the KEB COMBIVERT operating properly. The unit can be installed in explosion-protected rooms if this is necessary to ensure the unit is housed in an explosion-proof housing.
