Product Description

VLT3504 is manufactured by Danfoss and is an efficient frequency converter motor.  The motor is totally safe to be use and works on safety principles. The frequency converter helps to rectify the AC voltage which comes from the mains supply to DC. This is then again modified into variable AC voltage with the help of variable amplitude and also frequency. To make this possible the motor is available with unique variable voltage as well as frequency. This helps with variable speed regulation of the three phase and also asynchronous standard motors.

Features:

  • It is available with an immediate circuit capacitor which helps to reduce the mains supply interference from various harmonic currents.
  • The inverter works to convert the DC voltage into variable AC voltage and with variable frequency.
  • It is available with a three phase rectifier bridge.
  • Max. input current - 10.6
  • Max. cable cross-section - 2.5
  • Typical shaft output is 75
  • Max. cable cross-section is 70
  • Maximum input current is 138.4
  • Power loss at max load is 100
  • Max. pre-fuses - 25.0

The equipment is available with a control card. This helps in controlling the inverter which works to generate the pulse pattern. The DC voltage is well transformed into an AC voltage which is available with variable frequency. Danfoss provides a number of options and also accessories for its products.

It is important to have a protective grounding of the equipment. The user also needs to be protected against supply voltage. The motor needs to be protected against all overloads and it is according to the applicable local and national regulations.
