The VLT2020195H3301 is professionally designed for wastewater and water applications. The range of the standard features of the VLT2020195H3301 and its optional features include a cascade control, motor alternation, end of curve detection, STO, and pre lube along with many others.
The cascade control of the VLT2020195H3301 is built-in as standard with a total capacity of 3 pumps. Often systems with more than one variable speed pumps need the advanced cascade controller (MCO 102) or extended cascade controller (MCO 101). Cascade control which acts as a control system is used to control parallel fans or pumps in an energy-efficient way. While using these controllers, the pumps are automatically turned on and off when required to fulfill the requirements of the output for pressure or flow.The Dry-run detection of the VLT2020195H3301 prevents it by avoiding the dry-running and pumps overheat. And, it’s end-of-curve detection ensures the pump is operating at max speed and the set point cannot reach for a user defined time period.
The VLT2020195H3301 is designed for with the initial & final ramp of the various applications. Both the initial and final ramps are two individual ramps. If the initial ramp is enabled, it ramps the motor from stop to minimum. When the minimum speed is reached it then switches the motor to normal ramp.The smart logic control (SLC) of the VLT2020195H3301 comprises programming of a sequence consisting of actions and events. It offers a wide range of PLC functions using times, logic rules and comparators. Only a single event is evaluated at any time. Nothing happens in the SLC during any current scan interval, if an event is considered FALSE. The condition of an event could be a specific status or that output from a comparator or a logic rule operand becomes TURE.
