Product Description
The FC-202PK37T4134N7540is a multi-functional adjustable frequency drive unit designed for water and wastewater applications as part of the VLT Aqua Drive FC 202 series. It is built by Danfoss Automation and it features many applicable functions for operations involving pumps and motors using a flow and pressure control system. This drive has multiple smart features that enable smooth operations and control. These include the standard dry-run detection to prevent overheating and damage to the pump. The end-of-curve detection option notes when the pump is functioning at maximum speed and it inputs a set point. The Quick Menu Water and Pumps features allows for easy to the unit’s operation.
The FC-202PK37T4134N7540also features special ramps that include the check valve ramp and the initial and final ramp. Other features include flow compensation, control performance, deragging, and minimum speed monitoring. The FC-202PK37T4134N7540responds to input commands in the open-loop mode manually with the LCP keys or uses a serial bus for remote inputs. Connecting a brake resistor to help remove the extra brake supply. This prevents excessive high DC link voltage during braking. The drive also features an automatic overtemperature derating system to prevent tripping when operating at high temperatures. Within safe limits, the drive reduces its switching frequency to reduce temperature while it's still operational. Auto ramping feature also prevents tripping when a motor is trying to accelerate or decelerate a load too quickly.
The FC-202PK37T4134N7540functions at a current input of 1.3 amperes and is classified under the >>IP-21 protection rating>>. There should be preventive measures to protect the driver from dust. It should remain sealed while in storage. The FC-202PK37T4134N7540requires a main voltage supply between 380 volts to 480 volts with a 3-phase AC input at the power terminal.
