S628-2100 belongs to the S628 DC series of 1/8 DIN instruments with state of the art display technology and easy-to-program user settings. It has a large LED display that gives a real-time value of various parameters. Not only that, but it also can change display color based on a reaction to status inputs such as nearing an alarm value. This ensures that the S628-2100 provides the user with an instantaneous visual alert whenever the application's status changes using analog signals. This DC-process analog section has advanced features like large, bright, color-changing display and ability to feed the required parameters.

The technical details of S628-2100 adequately bring out its advanced functionality.  It has 100 ms sample time with 0.03% accuracy and an outstanding LED display of 0.71inches which is almost 27% bigger than the other similar DIN units. More importantly, it has an event-based, programmable color display along with a help function with a secondary legend display.  It is capable of capturing the Maximum and minimum values for easy reference. The alarm outputs can be configured easily using the analog input values. The various Plug-in options include the provision a digital input and a second relay.

You can easily scale the process inputs into engineering functional units into S628-2100 by programming the input values as well as their identical display values using the front panel.
