This Accelus series servo amplifier provides sinusoidal field oriented commutation for efficient DC brushless motor control. It operates with a 20 kHz current loop update rate and a 4 kHz velocity loop update rate to ensure rapid response and precise tuning. Auto phasing and auto tuning features streamline commissioning and eliminate the need for extensive reconfiguration. The device transitions from trapezoidal to sinusoidal commutation using Hall signal inputs and phase correction for smooth operation. It accommodates demanding applications with a peak current of 18 Adc and a continuous current of 6 Adc. The PWM ripple frequency of 40 kHz and 20 kHz center weighted modulation enhances performance and minimizes interference. Non volatile memory ensures saved parameters persist across power cycles.
