The BE2-090-20-R DC servo drive is a high performance device manufactured for precision operations. It is designed for efficient digital loop control to ensure optimal current, velocity and positional accuracy. The Copley Controls BE2-090-20-R DC servo drive supports 100 % digital loop control across current, velocity and position. Its current loop operates at a sampling rate of 16 kHz (62.5 µs) while velocity and position loops function at 4 kHz (250 µs). This servo drive also includes the SER-CK Serial Cable Kit for connectivity between the D-Sub 9 male connector and the RJ-11 interface. It ensures quick connections with COM1 or other PC ports via a modular cable. The baud rate defaults to 9600 after power on but can be adjusted up to 115,200 for faster communication. It efficiently drives motors for demanding operations with a peak current of 20 Adc (14.4 Arms-sine) and continuous current capability of 10 Adc (7.1 Arms-sine) per phase. The model include robust digital loop control that ensure high precision operation for dynamic load conditions.

The Accelnet series servo drive incorporates bus voltage compensation that allows consistent bandwidth even with variations in supply voltage. The drive operates effectively without bandwidth degradation caused by bus or mains voltage changes.
