It features ten non isolated inputs and eight isolated inputs all with programmable active levels to provide flexible configuration options. The device also includes five opto-isolated outputs with individual +/- connections and two MOSFET brake outputs (OUT6~7) that are equipped with flyback diodes for driving inductive loads. Its multi mode encoder port supports digital quadrature, absolute encoders and emulated outputs with a maximum line frequency of 5 MHz for precise signal processing.
