Product Description
The XM2100.01-01-31-31-301-NN-114NNNN is an IO-Box modular performance IndraControl XM21 device. Its system characteristics make it a suitable choice for IndraMotion MLC functions. In general, XM21 units run on an Atom E620T Central Processing Unit (CPU) that operates at a system frequency rating of 600 MHz. The XM2100.01-01-31-31-301-NN-114NNNN boasts a standard FPGA design, a1 GB Ethernet, on-board SERCOS Master Fieldbus and a USB Device/Host interface. It has a hard disk drive with a minimum memory space of 1 Gigabyte. It has a 3-x module over XA-BS02 hardware extension and its housing cabinet is a standard Rexroth Indramat design. This unit has a design typical of a BR-Standard variant, and its working memory is 512 MB.
The XM2100.01-01-31-31-301-NN-114NNNN comes with a basic system function package but lacks an optional function package and Fieldbus protocols for Multi-Ethernet. It is a piece of industrial class equipment, capable of radio inference and not to be used in residential terrains without setting up interference limiters. Acids, contaminants and substances alike are capable of damaging the XM2100.01-01-31-31-301-NN-114NNNN upon exposure, and for this reason, the ambient air must be certified free of these substances. H2S and SO2 are also dangerous gases and must not come in contact with this IndraControl unit.
Generally, the permissible air humidity of XM21 units is rated at 5 – 95 %, as indicated by DIN EN 61131-2, and this model takes no exception. For air/contact discharge scenarios, the XM2100.01-01-31-31-301-NN-114NNNN has test voltages of 8000 Volts and 6000 Volts. This XM21 IndraControl model is IP 20 protected, as indicated by DIN EN 60529. In operation, the acceptable temp. range is within the range of -25 to 60 oC. The overvoltage category and contamination level of this unit are both category 2. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
