Product Description
Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures a wide variety of amplifier cards which are used for controlling the servo valves in many processes. The requirements vary in each of them and hence there are several electronic amplifier cards made to suit the user-specified needs. The VT1610-S31-1 amplifiers are utilized to control the processes in which there is no LVDT feedback and function with the pilot servo valve. This applies perfectly to the closed-loop applications.
The technical parameters of VT1610-S31-1 include rated output of 60 mA to100 mA power and an internal voltage rating of 27 V within permissible 10% variation. The ambient parameters for maximum efficiency have a wide temperature range from 32F to 122 F i.e. 0 C to 50 C. These amplifiers are equipped with integrated circuit based electronics that assure you of a stable and predicted performance. The voltage regulator integrated with the system ensures delivery of a stable power results in an increased consistency of performance. An ammeter mounted prominently on the panel’s faceplate makes performance monitoring easy.
Further, the VT1610-S31-1 has a PID regulator circuit (i.e. a proportional, integrator and derivative circuit) which enables adjusting all the inputs to give the optimum performance of movements control for fixed velocity circuits. This makes it completely versatile. The values of the PID can be quickly and easily altered by changing the values in the three internal potentiometers which can be accessed from the faceplate. These features give the VT1610-S31-1 enhanced controlling abilities beyond the other standard PID amplifiers. It involves the instantaneous conversion of the input signals to proportionate current values for the torque motors that control the load balance inside the pilot valves.
