Product Description
Valves in the 4WS2EE and 4WRD series and A4V..HS pumps are some of the devices compatible with Bosch Rexroth’s VT 1600 group of electronic amplifier cards. These amplifier cards are used to control servo valves without inductive feedback (LVDT). They are highly functional products that are suitable for various power supply requirements.
The VT1610-S-31 is a model in the VT 1600 series of electronic amplifier cards designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is built as a lightweight printed circuit board in the Euro card format per DIN 41 494. As a result, it is 100mm wide and 160mm long. It also supports installation within Euro magazines and card holders, which allow easier and safer handling. Thanks to its inbuilt voltage stabilizer, only clean voltage runs through it, ensuring its stable and consistent performance. The supply voltage for its operation ranges from ±22V to ±28V, while its power supply current is less than 200mA. An ammeter on its faceplate can be used to monitor the amount of current reaching the valves in real time to prevent potentially damaging conditions.
Precise position control is possible in the VT1610-S-31 thanks to its integrated PID (proportional, integrator, derivative) control circuit that allows tuning. The PI, PD, or PID controls can be combined for any circuit, improving its increased versatility. These PID values can also be modified using three internal potentiometers that can be accessed through the amplifier card’s face plate. Its oscillator and demodulator circuit also provide continuous spool positioning feedback. The oscillator frequency ranges between 2.5 kHz and 5 kHz. During the use of this VT1610 electronic amplifier card, the ambient temperature should be kept between 0°C and 50°C.
