Product Description
Bosch Rexroth can be relied on to supply highly functional and future-proof products for different engineering purposes. Its VT 1610 amplifier cards are lightweight units used to control servo valves without inductive feedback (LVDT). These printed circuit boards are best suited for 4WS2EE and 4WRD valves and A4V..HS pumps in closed-loop applications.
The VT1610-3X-E1-4WS2EE1 is one of the compact electronic amplifier cards of the VT 1600 series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It works with a supply voltage between ±22V and ±28V and is equipped with an inbuilt voltage stabilizer. As a result, users are guaranteed stable and consistent performance since only clean voltage is supplied. Its three internal potentiometers are used to adjust the PID values, and they can be accessed through the face plate. The amplifier card also features an integrated PID (proportional, integrator, derivative) control circuit, which allows tuning for precise position control. These PI, PD, or PID controls can be combined for any circuit, producing increased versatility.
Continuous spool positioning feedback can be obtained with the VT1610-3X-E1-4WS2EE1 due to its oscillator and demodulator circuit. To achieve this, the circuit is combined with a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT). The amplifier card weighs 0.15kg and is built as a Euro card printed circuit board in line with DIN 41612, Form D. Hence, it is 100mm wide and 160mm long. With the sensitive ammeter on its front plate, users can read the amount of current passing through to the valve in real-time. To prolong its service life, it should be stored at an ambient temperature between –20°C and 70°C. Similarly, it should be operated at a temperature range between 0°C and 50°C.
