Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an engineering company with operations in several industries, including industrial hydraulics, electric drive and motion control, pneumatics, and assembly technology. It is the creator of the VT 1610 amplifier cards built for driving servo valves without inductive feedback (LVDT). The units display high-level flexibility with modifiable functions to suit various applications, valve types, and power supply requirements.
The VT1610-3X-E1-4WRD16-3X is a model of the lightweight electronic amplifier cards of the VT 1600 series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a 0.15kg device equipped with three internal potentiometers for adjusting the PID values. These potentiometers can be accessed through the face plate, where an ammeter is mounted to provide real-time information on the current passing through to the valve. The ammeter is a useful tool to prevent potentially harmful conditions like overcurrent since users can easily detect them. Working with the electronic amplifier card requires a supply voltage between ±22V and ±28V and has an inbuilt voltage stabilizer. This voltage stabilizer ensures that it only works with a clean voltage to ensure its stable and consistent performance.
Designed as a Euro card printed circuit board in line with DIN 41612, Form D, the VT1610-3X-E1-4WRD16-3X is 100mm wide and 160mm long. It suits valves in the 4DS1EO, 4WS2EB, 4WS2EM, and 3DS2EH series, also designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The amplifier card uses a 32-pole type connector with black heat sinks on which its voltage regulators are mounted. Its operation has a current requirement of less than 200mA, while its coil resistance value is 2000 Ohms. The required ambient temperature at which this VT1610 amplifier card should be stored is between –20°C to 70°C.
