The VT160031 is a compact and lightweight model of the VT 1600 electronic amplifier cards designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It weighs 0.15kg and has an internal control voltage rating of 0V to ±10V. Its faceplate is fitted with a sensitive and precise ammeter where users can view the current flowing to the valve in real-time. There are also three internal potentiometers for adjusting the PID values. Additionally, it has an integrated PID (proportional, integrator, derivative) control circuit used to ensure high-level position control since it permits tuning. The PI, PD, or PID controls can also be combined for any circuit, resulting in improved flexibility.

Operating the VT160031 is done with a smoothed voltage of ±22V to 28V with installed voltage regulators. It has a coil resistance of 2000 Ohms and requires a power supply current of less than 200mA. Its connector has 32 poles and is in line with the standard of DIN 41612, Form D. Due to the presence of a voltage stabilizer in the electronic amplifier card, users are assured of clean voltage and hence, consistent optimal performance. It also has an additional control input for use with VE 102 or UK 2 system cards. The valve models that are compatible with this VT 1600 model include the 4WSEM, 4WS2EB, 3DS2EH, 4DS1EO, and A2V..HS pump with potentiometer feedback.
