The VT-VSPA1K-1-1X- SO43A-560-1 is a valve amplifier by Bosch Rexroth designed for its high-performance hydraulic and electrical systems. It is used for controlling direct and pilot-operated proportional directional pressure control valves without electrical position feedback. There is only one solenoid as actuating element in this model, and it uses differential input which can be switched from voltage to current input. It is also equipped with a ramp generator which can be adjusted separately for upwards and downwards directions. Its ideal nominal voltage rating is 24V DC with a tolerance between +40% and – 5%, while the setting range of its ramp time is 30 ms to approximately 1 second or 5 seconds.
Cable break detection for current input 4 to 20 mA is enabled on the VT-VSPA1K-1-1X- SO43A-560-1. The valve amplifier also features reverse polarity protection for voltage supply, hence, circuit damage due to the application of reverse voltage at the input or output terminals is prevented. Its other protective features include short-circuit protection and cable break detection of the solenoid conductor. This model’s connection type is done with a 16-pole terminal strip, and it is designed as a Eurocard printed circuit board of 100mm width and 160mm length in line with DIN 41494. A maximum power of 50 VA is consumed during this device’s operation, and its maximum current consumption is 1.8A. Its permissible ambient temperature range is between 0°C and +50°C.
