Product Description
The valve amplifier by the Rexroth Bosch Group belongs to component series 1X.The differential input of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10C is switchable from voltage to current input. The command value voltage of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10C is assigned at the command value input 1 by an external command value potentiometer through a regulated voltage +9 V. To this specific input, the following condition applies +9 V ≙ +100 %. The command value voltage is sometimes specified at the command value input directly. The internal potentiometer “GW” must be kept to the desired maximum pressure whenever a potentiometer is used.
The command value input 2 the VT-VSPA1K-1-10C is a differential input with voltage ranges from 0 to +10V. It can also be configured as current input ranges from +4 to +20 mA or from 0 to +20 mA by the means of DIL switches. If the command value of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10C is assigned by external electronics having a different potential, command value input 2 has to be used. While connecting or disconnecting the command value voltage, make sure both the signal lines are separated in each case.
From a given steeped input signal, the downstream ramp generator of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10C creates a unique ramp shaped output single. By the means of the two potentiometers you can separately adjust the time constant for this signal. The ramp time is often a command value step of 100% and based on the setting by the means of DIL switch it may approximate 1s or 5s. The ramp time will be shorter if the attenuator is effective or if the command value of step lesser than a 100% is changed to the ramp generator input.
Using the external ramp off contact of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10C the ramp times, both upwards and downwards can be adjusted to the minimum value. The output signal from the ramp generator is forwarded to summing amplifier as a current command value. A voltage of +6 V often corresponds to a 100% command value.
