Product Description
This amplifier is suitable for controlling all the pilot and direct operated proportional pressures valves without the electrical position feedback. The VT-VSPA1K-1-10 has an additional command value input from 0 to +9 V. Command value voltage is defined at command value input 1 either via an external command value potentiometer or directly by means of the regulated voltage +9V of power supply unit. The internal potentiometer ‘Gw’ should be set to the desired pressure or the maximum pressure if an external command value potentiometer is use. What’s great about the VT-VSPA1K-1-10 is the differential input is always switchable from voltage to current input. In case of using differential input, both the inputs must be disconnected or connected simultaneously.
From a given stepped input signal, the downstream ramp of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10 generates a ramp shaped output single. By the means of external ‘ramp off’ both the downwards and upwards ramp times can be set to approximate 30 ms, which is the minimum value. The upper limit of the operating voltage of the VT-VSPA1K-1 is +35 V and its lower limit value is +22V. The maximum power consumption of the VT-VSPA1K-1 is 50VA whereas its maximum current consumption is 1.8A.
Input voltage for command value 1 of the VT-VSPA1K-1-10 is 0 to +9V (reference potential is MO) whereas the differential input voltage for command value 2 varies among 0 to +10 V; Re = 100 Ω, 4 to 20 mA (load RB = 100 Ω) or 0 to 20 mA (load RB = 100 Ω). It also depends upon the setting by means of S11 or S13. The VT-VSPA1K-1 has 16-poler terminal strip. Its admissible operating temperature ranges from 0 to +50 °C where as its recommended storage temperature is –25 to +85 °C.
