Product Description

The VT-VSPA1-1-F10 valve amplifier is designed for use with proportional pressure valves both direct and pilot operated which lack electrical position feedback. It operates within a temperature range of 0 to + 50 degrees Celsius.

The VT-VSPA1-1-F10 valve amplifier has an operating voltage of 24 VDC with a range from 22 V to 35 V. The model's maximum current consumption reaches 1.8 A. The unit is compatible with Type VT 3002-1-2X/32D single cardholders provided they do not include power supply units. It mounts onto a Euro-card according to DIN standards. The H2 LED of the model may turn off or flash in case of a fault. This behavior is contingent on whether the issue is a cable break or a short circuit in the solenoid conductor. The H2 LED lights up and the Ready-for-Operation signal is displayed under normal operating conditions. This indicates no overload or faults in the output stage. When using the differential input of the model, both command value inputs need to be connected or disconnected simultaneously.

The VT series amplifier solenoid currents can be set to 800 mA or 1600 mA depending on the configuration of the S17 DIL switch. The model utilizes a 32-pole multipoint male connector with a front plate measuring 3 TE in width on the component side for connectivity. The valve's solenoid valve's current is steady supplemented with a dither signal. Shielded LiYCY 1.5mm^2 cabling is required for solenoid conductors of up to 50 m in length. The valve amplifier should maintain a minimum one meter distance from radios, aerial lines and radar systems. Solenoid connections should not use connectors with LED displays or free wheeling diodes.
