Product Description
The VT-VSPA1-1-E10 Valve Amplifier can be connected using a front plate and a 32-pole male multipoint connector. The Amplifier encompasses two command value inputs. The first command value input has a range of 0 to 9V. The second command value input doubles up as a differential input with either voltage input or current input. As a voltage input, it has a value of 0 to 10V. When it serves as a current input using DIL switches, it has two ranges of 4mA to 20mA and 0mA to 20mA. We bring you the Amplifier with a warranty of one year.
The upward and downward ramp signals can be adjusted independently using the external ramp up/down off contacts of two potentiometers. The minimum ramp time for each signal is approximately 30ms and can be set to around 1s or 5s based on the DIL switch setting. A current controller helps in controlling the current output stage and modulating the current command value with the clock generator signal. The H2 LED gets illuminated and the Ready-for-Operation output signal message is displayed when a command value is available. In the case of a cable break, the LED starts flashing intermittently and the output starts clocking.
The front plate features 3 HE (128.4mm) height and 1 TE width on the soldering side. The Valve Amplifier weighs 0.1kg. The pilot current can be increased or decreased by turning the control knob of the potentiometer in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Relays with gold-plated contacts must be used when the command value is switched from one value to another. The solenoid conductor and command value lines must always be shielded and must not be kept close to power lines. The Rexroth Bosch Group Valve Amplifier has two separate measuring sockets for the actual value and the internal command value.
