Product Description
The VT-VSPA1-1-1X-V1 is an analog valve amplifier. Amplifier features include differential input, ramp generator, clocked power output stage, reverse polarity protection and LED display on the front panel. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The amplifier is suitable for control of pilot operated and direct proportional pressure valves. It has one actuating element, which is a solenoid. If the differential input on the amplifier is used, both inputs must always be connected or disconnected simultaneously. The solenoid conductor should not be laid near signal and power lines. The distance between the VT-VSPA1-1-1X-V1 and nearby aerial lines and radios should be 1 meter at least. Bosch recommends shielding the solenoid conductors. No connectors with free-wheeling diodes or LED displays must be used for solenoid connection. Dimensions of the VT-VSPA1-1-1X-V1 amplifier are 128.4 x 20 x 165 millimeters.
Default values set on the VT-VSPA1-1-1X-V1 at time of delivery are as follows: clock frequency at 200 Hertz, ramp time at 5 seconds, pilot current at 100 milliamps and output current at 800 milliamps. Weight of the amplifier is approximately 0.1 kilograms. The optimal temperature range for amplifier operation is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. The storage temperature for the analog amplifier is -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. The connector on the VT-VSPA1-1-1X-V1 is a 32-pole male multipoint connector that complies with DIN 41612 design D. Nominal input voltage is 24 Volts DC, with permitted upper limit of 35 Volts DC and permitted lower limit of 22 Volts DC. During operation the amplifier consumes maximum 50 VA power and maximum 1.8 Amps current. The VT-VSPA1-1-1X-V1 comes with a 2.5 Amps safety fuse. The fuse is a slow-blow fuse.
