Product Description
Bosch Rexroth can always be trusted to deliver engineering products with futuristic technology. Its VT-VPCD digital controller amplifiers are compact devices for operating axial piston pumps of type A4VS… with HS4 control. HS4 control is used for the electrohydraulic closed-loop control of swivel angle and pressure.
The VT-VPCD-1-17-V0/1-0-1 is a VT-VPCD digital control amplifier model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is fitted with a clocked, current-regulated output stage and digital inputs for calling pre-set parameters. Its scanning rate is 2ms, and its solenoid’s nominal resistance value at 20°C is 2 Ohms. The required operating voltage for the amplifier is 24 VDC with an allowance of +40% to –10 %. It can be parameterized via its RS232 serial interface, which works with the user-friendly BODAC software package from Bosch Rexroth. This free software is suitable for a wide range of functions, including configuring switching outputs and activating or deactivating the leakage compensation and sequence control. It is accessible to all users on the manufacturer’s online platforms.
There are two freely configurable measuring sockets at the front of the VT-VPCD-1-17-V0/1-0-1. They are used for indicating processing signals and can be configured using the BODAC software or the display unit on the amplifier. The display unit of the basic component has four keys which are also used to adjust its parameters and for diagnostic purposes. This VT-VPCD model is designed as a double-sided printed circuit board in the Euro-card format, which is 100mm wide and 160mm long. It weighs 0.2kg and can be used at a maximum ambient temperature of 50°C. Its edge connector is a 64-pin male connector in line with DIN 41 612, form G.
