Product Description
Drive and motion control, industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and service automation are core aspects of Bosch Rexroth’s engineering genius. The company is the creator of the VT-VPCD digital controller amplifiers, which are used in the electrohydraulic closed-loop control of swivel angle and pressure.
The VT-VPCD-1-11a/V0/1-0-1 is a model of the VT-VPCD digital control amplifiers by Bosch Rexroth. It is used for controlling variable displacement axial piston pumps with HS4 control. Its primary role in this function is to implement the electrical functions required for this HS4 control. The basic component comes with a display where parameters are shown, and it has four keys used to adjust these parameters. This display is also used for diagnostic purposes since it shows error messages and fault alerts. Aiding with fault detection in the digital control amplifier are its LEDs, which also signal various functions and operating states. With this VT-VPCD model, there are ramp times for swivel angle and pressure command values. It also has a clocked, current-regulated output stage and analog inputs for command and actual values.
A 64-pin male connector based on DIN 41 612, form G, is used for electrical connections in the VT-VPCD-1-11a/V0/1-0-1. The device is designed as a double-sided printed circuit board in the Euro-card format with 100mm width and 160mm length. It has an RS232 serial interface at the D-sub socket on its front part that is used for its configuration. This is done with the user-friendly BODAC software for PC. Some of the operations that can be done with it are selecting the pump size, configuring the switching outputs, and activating or deactivating leakage compensation and sequence control.
