The VT-HNC100-4-3X/P-I-E0/000 is a 4 axes hydraulic digital control from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for used in adverse industrial environments as regards to interference resistance, mechanical vibration and shock resistance, and climate resistance. The main application areas of VT-HNC100-4-3X/P-I-E0/000 include machine tools, plastic machines, special-purpose machines, presses and transfer systems. The technology functions include process programming, positioning, pressure/force control, differential pressure control, synchronization, curves and cams. The preparation of user-specific data sets forms the basis for the function of the VT-HNC100-4-3X/P-I-E0/000. These data sets are created on a computer and transferred to the digital control via a serial interface or TCP/IP. The connection between user program and data sets is referred to as project. The device requires DC input between 18 and 30 Volts DC. The nominal input is 24 Volts DC.

The scope of delivery for WIN-PED includes comfortable dialog functions for setting the machine data (online or offline), NC editor with integrated syntax test and program compiler, support for the definition of the parameters used in the NC program, dialog window for setting the parameter values online, comprehensive options for displaying process variables, digital inputs, outputs, and markers and recording and graphical presentation of up to 16 process variables with great selection of trigger options.
