The VT-HNC100-4-3X/N-I-00/G04 is a Bosch Rexroth VT-HNC100 series digital axis control. It has been manufactured according to the accepted rules of current technology. However, there is still the risk of injury and damage to property if operators do not observe the safety instructions in the product documentation. Users must operate the device in a technically immaculate condition and as intended, in a safety- and risk-conscious manner, considering the relevant safety instructions. In case of failures that impair the safety of the operating behavior, operators must shut down the unit immediately and report the failures to the responsible personnel. The VT-HNC100-4-3X/N-I-00/G04 is a version of the axis control that is designed for 4 hydraulic axes. Other device features include Profinet RT bus connection, incremental/SSI position transducer and 4-axis synchronization. Included in the scope of delivery are mating connectors for X1S, X2D, X2A and X8M.
Recommended accessories that operators can order separately include a plug-in connector for Profibus DP, serial cable, and RS-232 serial to USB converter. Operators can use the WIN-PED software for device programming. This programming software is available for free download on the Bosch website. Operators can also order the software on CD-ROM. The WIN-PED program runs on a PC with the Windows operating system. Application-specific data sets developed with WIN-PED are downloaded to the VT-HNC100-4-3X/N-I-00/G04 over a serial connection or a TCP/IP connection. Weight of the VT-HNC100-4-3X/N-I-00/G04 is approximately 960 grams. Protection class of the device is IP20 according to EN 60529:1991. The input voltage range is 18 to 30 Volts DC and the current draw is 4 Amps.
